Your 4-week supported journey
Week 1: Getting started
- Day 1. You sign up and Dr David Moeller reaches out within hours to schedule a short video call.
- Day 1-2. We set up a branded YIHA homepage for your practice with your logo.
- Day 1-3. We add YIHA as a provider in Medtech Evolution.
- Day 2-4. We create your patient messaging templates for SMS and email.
Weeks 2-3: Testing and check-ins
You start sending YIHA links to a few test patients. David follows up proactively. We review early results together and expand to more applets if you want.
Week 4: Review and transition
We discuss what worked and whether YIHA fits your practice. If it's not right, the trial ends automatically with no charges. If it works, we transition to a monthly subscription with no lock-in contract.
Ongoing support
Dr Moeller stays available by message. All patient data processed on secure Auckland servers. No AI decision making. The clinician stays in control.
