How this marketing website handles any information you send us, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect on this website
This site only collects information you actively submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), practice or organisation (optional), and the message itself. We do not collect patient data, health information, or clinical details through this website, and we never will. Patient information belongs in the YIHA product itself, never in our marketing site.
How we use it and how long we keep it
When you submit the form, the details are forwarded by email to the YIHA team at Adjutant Ltd so we can reply to your enquiry. The form data is not stored in a database on this website. It is delivered as an email and lives in our inbox from there. We retain the email for as long as we are actively working with you on your enquiry, and we delete it on request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@yiha.health and we will action it promptly.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. We don't run third-party analytics scripts on this site, and we don't embed trackers that build a profile of visitors. Standard technical logs (such as server access logs) are kept by Cloudflare for the purpose of operating the site securely, but they are not used to identify or profile you.
Third-party services we use
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The contact form is delivered via direct SMTP through our email provider (ProtonMail) which forwards the message to our team inbox. These providers process the form data on our behalf solely to deliver the message; they do not use it for their own purposes. We do not share your details with any other third party.
New Zealand Privacy Act 2020
Adjutant Ltd is a New Zealand-registered company and this website is operated from New Zealand. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. If you have any concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us at contact@yiha.health and we will work to resolve it. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Patient data and the YIHA product
This privacy policy covers this marketing website only. Patient health information handled by the YIHA product is governed by a separate agreement between Adjutant Ltd and the subscribing practice, and is covered by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020. In short: patient data is hosted on New Zealand servers, is not used for AI training or model development, and is delivered into your PMS as quickly as possible. See the How It Works page for the technical detail.
